1 Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them in this Agreement and shall be interpreted accordingly throughout all duit8 communications, policies, and service documents.

2 Eligibility

Use of the duit8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during membership. duit8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on duit8. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Jurisdiction: duit8 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. duit8 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction beyond its licensed operating territory.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Use of the Platform by individuals under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity is prohibited.
• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one duit8 Account. Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account, constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of duit8 or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on duit8, you must complete the registration process by submitting accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following conditions apply to all duit8 Accounts.

• You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, active Indonesian phone number, date of birth, and preferred payment method during registration.
• All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify duit8 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Account registration is free. duit8 does not charge a fee to create or maintain a Member account.
• duit8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, at its sole discretion.

Following registration, your account may be subject to KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. You may be required to submit a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a copy of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by duit8 may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on duit8 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). duit8 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following verified channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Members must ensure that the deposited amount matches the declared transfer value exactly; discrepancies may cause processing delays.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Typical processing times range from a few seconds for e-wallet transfers to up to 15 minutes for inter-bank transfers during peak periods.
• duit8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the registered account holder's name. Deposits from mismatched or unverified sources may be returned, less any applicable transfer fees.
• duit8 does not impose a deposit fee. Any transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Most requests are completed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified name will be declined.
• duit8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a security review, fraud investigation, or compliance check. Members will be informed of any hold applied to their account within a reasonable timeframe.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the Wagering Requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Only funds that have satisfied all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change. Members will be notified of any material change to withdrawal limits via the registered email address on file.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

duit8 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's account in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to the Wagering Requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• duit8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses that have not been wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's balance without compensation.
• duit8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Members must opt in to a promotion in the manner prescribed (e.g., via the cashier, via a promotional code, or by contacting support) before the bonus is credited. Retroactive bonus crediting is not available.

6 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on duit8 are governed by the rules of the respective game, sport, or event as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general betting conditions apply across all product verticals.

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• duit8 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical malfunction, pricing error, or data feed failure. Members will be notified of any voided wager and the relevant stake will be returned to their account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by duit8's systems and third-party data providers shall be considered final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Clause 14.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of placing a wager. duit8 may impose individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, particularly where irregular wagering patterns are detected.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice to reflect rapidly changing event conditions. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension will be voided and the stake returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on duit8. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access account information, or exploit Platform functionality in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, duit8 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sport, or casino product.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with markets offered on the duit8 sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities. duit8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to create or operate a duit8 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing duit8 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to obtain credits, free spins, or winnings that would not have been achievable under normal gameplay conditions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the duit8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, game interfaces, and the duit8 brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of duit8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from duit8.
• The duit8 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of duit8. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or promotion is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data

duit8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• duit8 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• duit8 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by duit8 by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duit8 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made on the Platform. All betting and gaming involves risk, and duit8 accepts no responsibility for any loss of funds resulting from gameplay.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond duit8's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials or to act promptly upon discovering unauthorized account access.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even where duit8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

duit8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and the associated Member account as follows.

• By the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting duit8 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
• By duit8: duit8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to duit8.
• Upon termination by duit8 for cause, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, or balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned at duit8's discretion following a review period.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools are also processed as a form of account closure. Members who self-exclude may not re-register during the exclusion period.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which duit8 holds its operating licence. By accessing and using the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative, and that you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through duit8's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 14) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of duit8's licensed operating jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit duit8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments

duit8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, duit8 will notify Members by posting the revised Agreement on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where practical, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each active account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of duit8. duit8 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it before making any significant deposit or wager.
